Cancellation Policy

At BookPangs, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can request cancellation.

1. Cancellation of Orders

You may request cancellation of your order before the order has been dispatched. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the current status of the order.

2. Orders That Have Not Been Dispatched

If your cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched, BookPangs will generally cancel the order and, where payment has already been made, initiate the applicable refund.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it through the normal cancellation process. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy for eligible post-dispatch situations.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

COD cancellation requests should be made before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through the standard cancellation process. Repeated refusal of COD orders may affect COD availability for future orders.

5. Prepaid Orders

Eligible prepaid cancellations will result in a refund of the applicable amount paid, subject to the cancellation conditions. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

6. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • The order has already been dispatched.

  • The order has already been delivered.

  • The order has entered a fulfilment stage where cancellation is no longer technically possible.

  • The order is subject to specific conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

7. Refund After Cancellation

Where an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, BookPangs will initiate the applicable refund. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.

8. Cancellation Due to Unavailability

If BookPangs needs to cancel an order because a product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, any payment already collected for the affected order will be refunded as applicable.

9. Incorrect Customer Information

BookPangs may not be responsible for cancellation or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, including name, address, phone number, or email address.
