At BookPangs, we want you to receive your books in good condition and exactly as ordered. This policy explains when an order may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Eligible Returns
- You received a wrong book.
- The book was damaged during transit.
- The book has a significant manufacturing or printing defect.

4. Defective or Misprinted Books
