Can I order more than one book?
Yes. You can add multiple books to your cart and place them together in a single order, subject to availability.
How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
After your order is successfully placed, you'll see an order confirmation on the website and receive a confirmation message/email with your order details. If you don't receive a confirmation, please contact us with your details so we can check the order status.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

What happens if my payment fails but money is deducted?

If you receive a book different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the item received.

When will I receive my refund?

Books
Are the books original?
Yes. BookPangs aims to offer genuine books sourced through legitimate supply channels. We do not intentionally sell counterfeit books.
Will I always receive the exact edition shown on the website?
Not necessarily. Publishers may release different editions, printings, formats, or cover designs of the same title.
While we aim to provide accurate product information and images, the edition or cover may occasionally vary from the displayed image. Where an exact edition is important to you, please contact us before placing your order.
What if a book is out of stock?
If a book is unavailable, it may be marked as out of stock on the website. Availability can change as inventory is updated.
If you are looking for a particular title, you can contact us to check whether it may become available again.
Why might the cover of a book look slightly different from the product image?
Publishers sometimes update book covers, release new editions, or use different regional editions. Because of this, the physical cover may occasionally differ slightly from the image displayed on the website.
The content and title of the book remain subject to the specific edition supplied.
